WWII U.S. D-Day M7 Rubberized Army Assault Gas Mask Bag
This is an original WWII U.S. M7 rubberized Army assault gas mask bag, as worn by Allied servicemen during D-Day and other amphibious invasions. This particular example is ink stamped size "U", for "universal". The rubberized canvas remains quite soft and pliable, all but one of the straps are intact, and all the hardware functions properly. This would make for an excellent addition to a D-Day display.
