WWII U.S. Army Officer’s Wool Service Shirt
This original WWII U.S. Army wool service shirt was manufactured by J. Goldberg & Co. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is the officer’s version, with epaulettes, but interestingly it looks to have once been outfitted with a pair of sergeant’s stripes. It does not appear to have a size tag other than that which was applied likely by an Army surplus store after the war. There are signs of use, but it is still in good condition.
