WWII Mae West AN 6519-1 Paratrooper's Pneumatic Life Preserver
This is an original WWII New York Rubber Corp. manufactured AN 6519-1 "Mae West" life preserver. There are no visible production or inspection dates and with some missing straps, the preserver is in an incomplete state. The rubber has dried somewhat, but that should not hinder its incorporation in a D-Day display.
