WWII German Deutsches Afrikakorps (DAK) Heer Shield for Pith Helmet
This is an original WWII German Heer shield for the DAK pith helmet. The reverse is marked with an "A", denoting production by Assmann. The painted finish is in good condition and all three rounded prongs are intact, however care should be expressed when attempting to re-install it on a helmet as not to break them.
