WWII German 8 Cm. Mortar Wooden Ammunition Crate (Empty)
This is an original WWII German wooden ammunition crate. It originally held three 8 cm. Granatwerfer 34 mortars. The original painted stencils and labels are in good condition. Its lid is intact, however one of the hinges shows some damage. Coordinate calculations appear to be written on the interior of the lid. One of the interior mortar dividers is missing, along with a small piece of wood, originally to the left of the latch assembly. Its dimensions are 14 1/2" x 11 1/16" x 4".
