WWI Mess Kit & Utensils (1918 Set)
This is an original WWI mess kit and utensils set. Each component dates to 1918, apart from the knife, which does not bear a date or manufacturer's marking. The mess kit was manufactured by G.M.L., the fork by the William B. Durgin Co., and the spoon by the Charles Parker Co. This kit would nicely complete a WWI meat can pouch.
