This is an original matching set of web chinstraps for the WWII U.S. M1 helmet. They are constructed of OD#3 (khaki) webbing and steel hardware. They were recovered from a McCord manufactured swivel loop helmet. The straps haven't been cut; only their stitching has been undone, meaning these are still their original length.
